Policy on Multiple Submissions and Prior Publication :
A submission must present original work which has not appeared/accepted elsewhere for publication, or has not been concurrently submitted to another conference/journal publication. All submitted papers will undergo plagiarism checks in multiple plagiarism detection software as mandated by IEEE. Papers found violating the above mentioned plagiarism policy may be rejected at any stage: before review, after review, after acceptance notification or before submission of conference proceedings for publishing in IEEE Xplore.
